BOOKING TERMS
- 25% non refundable deposit required to confirm booking
- Balance payable 8 weeks before holiday commencement
- 100 GBP breakage/loss of key deposit to be forwarded with your balance (refundable 14 days after departure from villa)
CANCELLATION
- Up to 8 weeks loss of deposit
- Less than 8 weeks loss of total payment
CHANGEOVER DAY AND AIRPORTS
- Friday is the preferred changeover day, but we accept any other changeover day if availability permits.
- The nearest airport is Dalaman (40/50 minutes transfer time), accessible from most UK and European airports between end of March and end of October.
- During the winter months you can fly to Istanbul then catch an internal flight to Dalaman. Alternatively you can fly to Antalya - the transfer time will be about 4 hours but the breathtaking scenery will be well worth the trip. Transfers can be arranged if required.

- In-Resort Management Services: Nick and Aysun will greet you on arrival. Desree, who will be your contact during your holiday will visit you either on your first day, or the next day if on a very late flight. MAINTAINING YOUR VILLA
- In order to maintain standards the owner/agent must arrange a regular schedule for people to clean the pool, attend the garden and carry out minor repairs throughout the season. We would appreciate your co-operation in allowing reasonable access to trades people during your stay.
- Local services can be temperamental and it is not uncommon to have the occasional water or electricity cuts, particularly during the height of summer.
