| "The apartment provided everything we could want and is well cared for by the owners and the people who look after it for them. It is great to be able to chill out in the garden and the complex pool is very nice and both pool and pool area are well maintained. We all had a really fantastic time - lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. Nice that the apartment is in a quiet location and then having a few minutes walk to the livelier area where the bars and restaurants are. The sandy beach is brilliant especially as we have three children. We had a really good day out at Terra Mitica which the children enjoyed, and we did too. Definitely recommend this apartment and we will definitely be going again." |

| "Stayed in this apartment twice before and had a really nice surprise when we got there this time as the owners had made some alterations - it is really good to be able to step through the patio into the garden. Although it was November, we were really lucky with the weather and able to dine outside for breakfast and lunch. This apartment is on a well kept complex. The location is good - nice and quiet, yet only a short walk to the beach, shops, bars, restaurants. There are several good golf courses nearby, so an ideal location for everyone really. Will definitely be booking again." |

| "Lovely apartment, just like home from home with some nice touches like the cross stitch pictures and curtain poles matching the furniture. Apartment is in a nice quiet spot but there are plenty of bars and restaurants a short walk away. We spent a lovely afternoon in the town of Torrevieja and also enjoyed visiting the local market. Everybody was really friendly especially Joe and Val who look after the apartment. We all had a wonderful relaxing holiday and lovely weather. Hope to return next year." |

| "Of all the places we have visited, we come back time and time again to this lovely little apartment. The private garden is nice to sit in and the owners have thought of everything both inside and outside the apartment. The people who look after the complex do an excellent job and the pool and the communal areas are always nice and clean. It is a small complex and nice and quiet yet close enough to a good selection of bars, restaurants and public transport. La Zenia is in an ideal location for those who can tear themselves away and go off exploring further afield. La Zenia itself has a lot to offer with it s gorgeous sandy beach, the Orihuela Resort close by and some nice places to eat and drink. Looking forward to our return visit." |

The lounge is spacious and the kitchen is very well equipped, containing a washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, hob and masses of cupboard space. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the air conditioning kept the internal environment very pleasant. Outside there is a private garden with a large canopy covering the table and a large BBQ; this garden area is a real bonus and was well used during our stay, The apartment is situated in a very quiet complex and this made the stay even more relaxing. We certainly hope to return to the apartment again in the not too distant future." |

The apartment is very comfortable and really does feel like "home from home". Looking forward to going back in October." |

| "My son and I rented this apartment for a week. Although the weather was not too kind, the apartment was. It was the extras that made such a difference. Cool box, deck chairs, picnic ware (even though we only managed to use then once). Read most of the magazines and a couple of books. Also the private garden was superb. We even managed a barbecue on one of the good days. It was close to shops and beach (not that my son enjoys walking),but we did walk to the beach one day, took us about 15-20 mins. The book left in the apartment was also very informative, would have been nice to have directions to all the markets not just a couple. Alan was there to open the apartment for us and show us were everything was, didnt see him again until we left. Would just like to mention to anyone flying to San Javier and renting a car, get in the line for the car first before collecting your baggage, took us 2 and a half hours in the line for our car. My family and I will definitely be back next year, I wouldnt go anywhere else unless this place was booked. Once again thanks. |

The air conditioning was fantastic, very quiet but extremely efficient. The pool was beautiful and never too crowded.
